How should a training program look from the beginning of track which in my case is march 5th the first race to almost the end of May I ran a 4:22 1600 meters last year as a sophmore but sadly, I couldnt go under 10 in the 3200 I ran 10:01? any workouts I really want to run 9:20 this year I was thinking
