Female, 14 cross trains. At 13 5:10 1600, 2:20 800, 60 400, 27 200, 1.5 mile cross 8:40. Runs about 6 to 10 miles a week. Now 14 going into 8th grade track season. There is not a track team at her school. What would you do for training?

Have her run for 30 min 3 times a week if she likes it, race the 200 and 400 once a week if she likes it (she will win) and join the track team in HS.
Extreme Distance runner.
11 years, male. 6:11 Road Mile in Training Run(which he did on his own with no shoes, had Garmin on to prove) , 46 minute 10k(had a headwind from mile 4-end), 21 minute 5k(en route to 10k time). 1:47 Half Marathon. Runs around school a bunch and has a huge amount of energy. Always runs with me when he can and does 7-15 miles. Mostly just runs a lot and has natural talent.
^And I suggest a Training Regimene like above if she enjoys it(call me crazy but if she enjoys it allow it)
