Anyone Else Only Seeing 1 Column on the Homepage

A viewer using Internet Explorer says he is only seeing 1 column on the homepage. Does anyone else have this problem?

I use chrome and see both columns.

I am finding a lot of the dynamic scripting used to load ads is causing partial (and typically incomplete) page loads these days. I use IE 8.

No problems here in FL with IE 8 and Bright House.
