Running with both lead to disaster. Still, mono can be easily cured in 2-3 days using megadose of vitamin C, while such iron deficiency require at least few weeks off.

are you retarded? no matter what "megadoses" you take, mono still takes a minimum of a month and a half of recovery before you are totally in the clear.
Again, mono can be cured in 2-3 days using megadoses of vitamin C (intravenously). Same goes for vast majority of acute viral infections. You guys will never heard about it from your m.d., as vitamin C is to cheap. No one cares about your health, it's all about money.
Same way you never heard about other facts, like - heroin production in Afghanistan increased 20 times since USA invaded this country and now control roughly 90% of world heroin market, giving certain persons more profit than whole USA automotive industry combined. Or about Iranian police intercepting more heroin than all other world police combined, since they can't be bribed and fastest route goes through this country (guess why USA is about to invade Iran?).
