this has probably been asked to death, but what sort of weight training should an 800m athlete do?
the reason i'm asking is because my coach says that weights aren't important, but i can't shake the feeling that it seems pretty necessary

I hear that P90X is the answer or maybe look into that Bigger, Faster, Stronger program.
