Eccentric calf raises. Best thing you can do. So, stand on edge of stair with heels hanging off edge as if you're going to stretch your calves. Go up onto the toes of both foot at one time. Then, take one foot off the step. Now, lower yourself down on one foot. Once you're at the bottom of the movement, put both feet on the step again. Repeat on the other foot.
ok - the most general advice i can give you is to reduce your amount of training by 20%. ice the achilles. rest it. wear supportive shoes all day long. put a heel lift in. follow the progression. if it gets better, keep doing what you're doing. if it doesn't, bail immediately.
