Time for Bekele to transfer to the Marathon.

Has this been verfified by a credible news agency like, BBC, Guardian, NYT, AP ?

Why hasn't he retired yet? Ritz and Webb seem healthier than he is.

It's all over European media. I think L'Equipe broke the news first.

At least it sounds like he's healthy and training again!

If at some point he is below his previous best and then later he is above his previous best then somewhere in between he must have been precisely at his previous best. Simple mathematics.

Still, the odds are that he will never be quite as good again. Everyone goes downhill eventually.

...but he said back in January (2010) that he wasn't going to do any more Championship races for World Cross
