For the past couple of months my bread and butter as been 60-80 mile weeks, 4-5 reps of 2 miles @ HM Race Pace, and Long runs from 15-18 miles at MRP, and a hill workout.
Looking to do 3x 20 miles runs at close to Marathon Race Pace in the last month, but looking for other mid week workouts as well. Maybe do 13 miles at slower pace, then go up to Marathon pace for the final seven, something like that.
In the last month what are some good predictor or last 'tune up' workouts that you have found worked out well for you?
