What can I do to get back in shape while going through rehab for chondromalacia? Speaking of chondromalacia, how do I know when I'm good to run again?
1) Pool running
2) Biking - indoor or out
3) Weight training. I doubt if your quads are the only muscles that need attending to.
4) Elliptical machine
5) Walking with weights, or a weighted vest
etc.
