What are they? where can I find them?

This is like the old saying "If you have to ask for the price, you probably can't afford it."
Therefore,
"if you have to ask about the qualifying standards, you probably aren't fast enough."
Based on recent years...
1500 - 341
3k Steeple - 843
5k - 1340
10k - 2845
These are about the slowest you can run in order to qualify.
Haha thanks, real helpful. I'm curious because I want to know the exact numbers. In a non Olympic year for the steeple, (which is the event I'm interested in) I know the A is usually around 8:35 and B around 8:45. The decimals matter if you actually have a shot of hitting them. I didn't realize I had to state my PR's to get a simple question answered.

In '09 they were slower than that. I know the 1500m was 3:45 or 4:00 for the mile.
UTTERLY RIDICULOUS THIS ISN'T SETTLED AND ADVERTISED YET. HWAT THE HECK IS DECIDED AT USATF CONVENTION (MONTHS AGO) IF NOT THIS?
On the plus side, it looks like the World Champs qualifying info has been posted for at least a week now: http://www.usatf.org/events/2011/IAAFWorldOutdoorChampionships/entry/selectionProcedures.asp
So you never established a goal and then set out to attain it, Jason? Way to show support for your fellow runners.

Yes, of course. How about them PRs? This is LRC after all - where everyone lies. So just tell us your PR is 8:23 and we'll happily answer your question.

Finally someone who understands, I've been waiting for someone to ask so I could put my fake times up and brag about them.
