American says testers are not remotely close to catching cheats

Landis is legal a dope. He didn't get the memo, it seems.
Floyd needs to find another purpose in life, soon.
The drugs and drug testing are a sham.
The sooner the importance of them is done away with the better.

This...
He's got a point we should just let anyone do whatever they want because sometimes good guys like to do stuff that bad people like to do.
Some day, testing will become so good, that they will be able to tell what you ate and drank on any give day, of your entire life. They will know the amount of intake, the time, and possibly even where you bought the food and drink.
FUTURE TEST RESULT, 2020:
"During 2001, on January 19th. You ate 6 Hostess Ding Dongs, drank half a gallon of milk from Udder Dairies, and inhaled four very deep breathes of second hand, low grade Colombian weed. Did you really need to eat that many Ding Dongs? Kids were starving in Africa back then."
America is taking the lead in performance enhancing drugs, especially for endurance athletes. Dont believe me, just look at the number of US men going under 13:00 and women going under 4:00 in the last two years.
It's already that way.
None of the pro leagues are clamping down on dope.
NCAA, IAAF, USATF has internal people administer the tests.
It's like having L.A.P.D. brass clamp down on it's officers epidemic amount of summary executions of Black males.

The athletes will always be a step ahead.
Don't you hate it when jealous people try to associate Lance Armstrong, Chris Solinsky, Nick Symmonds, Roy Halliday, Cliff Lee, Tim Lincecum, Andrew Wheating, Dathan Ritzenhein, ... with PEDs when they have no proof at all.

3/10. Only trolls claim Lance was clean now.
The testers caught Landis, didn't they?
Typical drug cheat behavior. Claiming innocent until proven guilty, then claiming everyone is doing it. FL is disgusting.
I can understand why Landis is grabbing the mic, while it is still being thrust in his face.
My impression is that he got caught for doing something that everyone else in the pro peloton is doing or has done at some point. The culture of the peloton is to 'deny deny deny' when confronted with evidence or allegations of doping, and if you somehow screw up your regimen and register a positive then it's your job to take your punishment and keep your mouth shut. In essence you get thrown under the bus (as Floyd has) to protect the status quo.
Floyd would have been better off taking the suspension and saving all the money he spent on lawyers and bullshit, and returning to cycling after his two year hiatus. But he fought to protect his 'reputation' and went down the road to financial ruin. So now that he's out of money and out of pro cycling he has nothing left to lose by completely disregarding the authority of the pro peloton and telling the truth.
To be honest, I understand why people would think 'hey he lied under oath, so therefore what he says lacks credibility', and to an extent that is true, HOWEVER this pattern is followed by all 'disgraced' pro cyclists. They all lie about their PED use...until they admit it.
With that being said, I don't think Floyd's specific personal accusations should be used as legal evidence (in the absence of more concrete facts), as it is certainly possible that he could be using his last avenue to exact a little revenge on those who turned their back on him.
Landis article: "Ten years from now it's going to be four times as hard as it now to test for things."
Floyd Landis, Ph.D, P.Chem.. Yeah, right. He must be referring to the political will required to achieve successful testing.
"Landis expressed a pessimistic view of efforts to clean up the sport, saying, "They're not even remotely close to catching anybody; it's just a joke. You can use as much EPO as you want and unless you're an idiot you're not going to get caught.""
At least he's ADMITTING by necessary implication that he's an idiot.
Regardless of the potential truth or accuracy of anything he is saying, when it is a self-proclaimed idiot making the statements, they don't carry much weight at all.

Indeed this...

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
He was caught for testosterone, not EPO. So maybe he is right about the EPO part.
I have talked with on many runs an olympian on the subject of doping, he said , in essence exactly what floyd is saying "testing is a joke" "unless you're doing it wrong you will never get caught" etc etc . I feel like at the top of the game it is common knowledge that you should never get caught for things such as epo.
