i run bout 60 miles a week and i did a workout today hoping it would give me an indicator of what i could run for an indoor mile.
i did 8x 400 w/ 90 seconds rest in 62, 61, 61, 60, 60, 62, 60, 60.
can i legitimately run 62's for a mile and run 4:08ish when i run my first race in arkansas in a couple weeks?
