look at tyson gay, asafa powell, wallace spearmon they all probably dont like the 400 but they all have 44-45 seconds personal best's.

What does Bolt do for base training? 350s and 450s. What does Powell do? Sessions like 6X300 and 4X450. Any US sprinter that wants to compete with them needs to get with the program. Last year, Powell ran 31.6 for 300 and Gay had one of the fastest 400 times in the world.
63 second 400 with a 11 second 100 isn't even sprinting. That's extensive tempo at ~70% speed, and that is the sprinting equivalent of jogging. She wouldn't even try.
