Do you think that him cheating his way to fame will change the publics views towards his foundation as well?

yes
People are convicted of crimes based on a lot flimsier evidence than has been shown to date, yet Lance still has endorsement deals and his foundation seems to be fine. How many people really think he is clean at this point?
I'm not sure if further "proof" will really derail this guy. He seems to have fans regardless of what happens.

Really? What proof is there? He's never tested positive...
To answer the actual question...yes it would absolutely affect his foundation. It would be disastrous...
LA is a cheat. just give to the amer cancer society.
Did I say there was proof? I didn't. It would be very hard to prove past doping at this point, even if "proof" was offered.
There is a lot of smoke based on other riders' allegations and plenty of circumstantial evidence.
I am a skeptical guy, and aware that people are out to get the big shots of any given profession, but I am 99% sure LA is/was a doper. Frankly, it is just too hard for me to believe that he could be clean and rise to the pinnacle of a sport with so many other dopers competing against him. More than that, I just don't believe the guy.
Folks...cheating in sports is so prevalent, it is almost comical that people still believe in mostly clean performers (at the truly elite level).
That goes for politicans and athletes.
where is the proof?

It's currently being presented to a Grand Jury in New York.
In order to save lives, Lance Armstrong will be tortured and waterboarded to get at the truth. Is that clear ? IS that clear ?

I suspect it would; however, the hit to cancer research would probably be small. Not sure how many donations $$$ cancer research generates and what % is from LAF, but I bet that other sources could make it up.
Part of the LAF is an image. With that damaged, I suspect it would ruin the LAF. The only possibility after that would be a clear admission and apology; none of this "If I did anything to offend someone..." crap.
Really all he would have to do is make an apology and say everyone else he beat was also doing it (which is already out in the open). The general public will soon forget. Did Schwarzenegger resign as governor after admitting to steroids (and being a horn dog)? People have already formed their opinions either way.
Lance became a joke when he started dating the olsen twins
will people stop watching the superbowl if they find out that football players use steroids?
Did Michael Vick not have a job waiting for him when he got out of prison?
The only thing more Americans love more than a winner is a comeback. Lance will never be "found guilty" without being able to maintain his innocence in some form: the test was administered wrong, the sample was stored incorrectly, he didn't know he was being injected with anything but B vitamins, blah blah blah. Some people--his most fervent fans--will believe that. Because he's much more popular than Marion Jones ever was, I doubt he'll just fade into obscurity.
The bottom line is that famous people can get away with stuff. James Brown got caught filming girls peeing, Michael Vick served his time and got to keep playing, and steroid users in other sports have to miss a few games if they're caught but almost always maintain their fans' affections. There are of course thousands of other examples.
Sure, Lance's name will get dragged the mud. The running and cycling community will probably hate him, and the sports writers will get plenty of jokes out of it. He'll still be rich, though, he'll still be famous, and he'll still enjoy the stalwart loyalty of a lot of people no matter what he's found guilty of.
