Definitely, definitely ---
Ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, bananaphone!
Ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, bananaphone!
I've got this feeling, so appealing,
For us to get together and sing, sing!
Ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, bananaphone!
Ding dong, ding dong, ding dong, ding donanaphone!
It grows in bunches,
I've got my hunches,
It's the best, beats the rest,
Cellular, modular, interactive-odular!
Ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, bananaphone!
Ping pong, ping pong, ping pong, ping pananaphone!
It’s no baloney,
It ain’t a phony.
My cellular, Bananularphone
Don’t need quarters, don’t need dimes,
To call a friend of mine.
Don’t need computer or TV
To have a real good time.
I call for pizza, I call my cat,
I call the White House, have a chat.
I place a call around the world ---
Operator get me Beijing jing jing jing!
Ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, bananaphone!
Ying yang, ying yang, ying yang, ying yananaphone!
It’s a real live mama and papaphone.
A brother and a sister and a dogophone.
A grandpa phone and a grandma phone too, oh yeah!
My cellular, bananular phone.
Bananaphone, ring, ring, ring!
It’s a phone with a peel!
Bananaphone, ring, ring, ring!
Now you can have your phone and eat it too!
Bananaphone, ring, ring, ring!
This song drives me bananas!
Bananaphone, ring, ring, ring...
I love bananas when they are just at the right point of ripeness. The problem is that most of the time they are either not ripe enough or are too ripe, and then they are truly disgusting.
I know. I always buy them at the wrong point too, and then end up wasting half of them because they either ripen too soon or whatever. If I remember to peel them and stick them in the freezer though, they're amazing - LOVE frozen bananas.

Yeah right! Heh, heh! Heh, heh, heh!
Was that supposed to be dirty?
You know, I feel likes runners have an obsession with bananas. Everyone on my team walks out of the dining hall with anywhere from 1 to 4 bananas each day.
I like them with peanut butter.
I don't like bananas by themselves, but banana pudding is the best stuff in the world. I could eat a whole pan of it from my college cafeteria.
Second the banana pudding.I especially love it with raisins or dates!

To clarify, by banana pudding I do mean simply just bananas mashed up into a pudding-like consistency.....SOOOOO good....

My question is why do they always cut them in half at the end of a race. Gimme a whole banana for goodness sake!
That is moronic. Nobody ever got fat from eating too many bananas.
Besides, did you ever see a fat monkey? ;)
youse guys have to read this thread - starts with 'atwell'
one of the best
"a meal for me might be 20-30 bananas" WTF?

Take a look at any adult gorilla and then ask me again.
That's muscle, not fat.
No it's just big bones
If you love them so much why don't you marry them?
But seriously, I like to do the gag about the banana being a telephone. You know, you put it up to your ear, playing off it's resemblance to a telephone, and say something like, "Hello . . . yes . . . just a minute ([aside] it's for you)" then offer the banana to your friend! Always humorous.
Ina pinch, they make good relay batons.
A workout my teams sometimes do is continuous relays w/ three person, teams, each leg consisting of 200m, emphasizing good distance relay handoff technique.
Also good for training good hand carriage-banana vertical rather than horizontal, grip tight enough to prevent dropping, loose enough to prevent squishing.
frozen bananas in your Whey Protein shake. mmmm
