I am a sophomore at a NAIA school looking to transfer(does not have to be NAIA) next fall. My current pr's are 26:15 for 8k, 15:40 5k, and 4:11 1500. The school I now attend recently had a coaching change and I no longer want to be part of the program. Plus, the school just flat out sucks. Anybody have a good recommendation for a school anywhere, but the east coast? Looking for a medium to large school. Tried the small school setting and didn't like it.
