Feeling like CARP... Lack of sleep???

I didn't know fish slept

Some days, I just wake up feeling like a big ol' fat rainbow trout and you know what? It always means I really need a little more sleep.

Seems a little fishy. How much time have you spent out of the water?

I often feel like bass when I don't get enough sleep and am training hard.

Kidding aside, maybe review your diet. Are you eating enough? Or are you eating too much? The holidays just ended after all, coincidence?

And perhaps just listen to your body. Maybe its telling you that things are stale and you should do some other things. Do some sprint training.
