Been suffering arch pain for 6 months Ran a 20k and felt fantastic in August but shortly after the race noticed some pain in my right arch tried running a few times since then and it feels good when running but by the end of the day it is hurting again been to 3 doctors and have been told it is PF or flexor tendon or turf toe. Had an mri been through traditional therapy, Graston massage, night splint, golf ball massage, heat, ice, custom orthos, over the counter orthos nothing seems to work. trying to cross train but it is not helping. I dont have any heel pain at all and stretching actually makes it worse and not better like all the research Ive done on Pf says. Any help would be greatly appreciated
