hi so i have searched and searched but i can't seem to find conclusive results on how much time off from running is needed from a stress reaction...
i went in to my doctor after feeling a tender spot in my left medial tibia bone area and then he ordered a MRI b/c he was worried of a possible stress fracture...so 2 wks later I get this MRI and it turns out that it is a 'stress reaction'. which is less severe than a stress fracture, right? and walking/swimming/biking/hopping on the injured leg does not produce any pain any more and I can't really find a tender spot either...SO. the big question: WHEN CAN I RUN AGAIN?? i have a marathon in mid-april...
