Well, it all started about two years ago. After doing some free weight exercises over a period of 2-3 months, I started having some noticeable back pain. In addition to this pain, I had a strange sensation that one of my legs was striking the ground to early in my gait. The early strike sent a jarring feeling throughout my body. I played it off as tight muscles, but the condition worsened until I had a noticeable limp.
I began a regimen of chiropractic care, which did help significantly. I no longer have low back pain on the troublesome right side. The doc said it was a bulging disk that is now corrected.
The only problem is I now have a "wobbling" feeling when I walk or run. No pain, just endless frustration. I am desperate for any advice you guys can offer.
