Is she cute or what!?
The posted results at Naples contain this error. That's why the error is being continued.

That's their opinion, whether it's right or wrong is of no consiquence.
I ran with her for quite a while in the race. I thought she was pretty cute. She is pretty solid, not a wispery runner like you normally see in the Elite fields. I guess it depends on what appeals to you? The thing that did impress me is she kept surging pretty good even though she had a good lead. Very tough runner.
No excuse, if they're going to report the sport like this site does then they should know better.

You must have been running just ahead of me, because I was chasing her most of the race. I only caught up to her at about mile 8 or 9 and only for a few seconds, then she dropped me with one of her surges. That was the last I saw of her. I was too tired at this point to notice anything other than how fast she was running. I actually mumbled the word "motor" out loud because her legs were moving like a motor was running them.
Yeah, I ran 1:09.47 and didn't drop her until the final right turn, or there abouts. Actually, I guess 'Drop' is the wrong word as she was only about 10 secs behind me. She is very impressive. I went by her at about 5 or 6 miles and thought that was the last I would see of her.
Incompetence such as typing "work famous?"
I should have paced with you. Going under 1:10 was the goal (would have been a PR) but I messed up the pace and ran pretty unevenly. My first mile was about 5:12 (too fast obviously), I slowed to 5:28, then I sped back up to 5:17-5:20 for quite a few miles. After mile 10, I ran a couple of really slow miles, like 5:30 and over. Then I ran a 5:19 last mile trying to run away from Davila, who was catching up.
haha, don't feel bad. I heard lots of ppl talking about going out too fast sunday....I was the chief offender, why the heck would i go out in 61min pace? not sure, perhaps wearing a garmin is the solution? haha, that or 400 splits on the side of the road for the first mile so we all hit the first mile on correct pace :)
dude-
I knew that I was going to screw up and go out too fast. So my plan was to do exactly that - mark the quarter mile splits on Google Earth and pay attention to my watch at each quarter. But the day before the race, I ended up hanging out with friends and messing around all day, drinking wine, and basically doing everything except thinking about the race. Oh well!
