Ok, so I was thinking. When I was young, I used to run with socks on my hands in the winter, and stash a water bottle under a bush. Now there are so many high-tech gadgets on runners that I cannot even begin to list them as they go by on the trails.
But is there something missing? I want to invent something for runers. What do we need guys?
Ok, I'll help you out. Here's what you should make: a really pr--oh, wait. I think I'll just make it myself and make millions.
Pace Rail. I new rail for either indoor or outdoor tracks with LEDs every few inches and a control that allows you to set a pace and have the LEDs "move" around the track at your goal pace. Great for workouts, and races if it is legal. You could allow runners and spectators to track the runners against meet records, or state records, or just goal pace for workouts. Kind of like how the TV broadcasts can put a moving line on the track to show where runners are relative to record pace.

Poor idea. How many could they sell? One to every track? What you want is something that you could sell to each runner.
Lets invent something in an ipod that gives inspiration from celebrity athletes like Lance and Paula.....oh wait.
