I have a question for you runners from England. Do you like to eat Blue Stilton cheese? I read on some websites that if you eat about 1 ounce (about 30 grammes) of real high quality cheese, it will help you lose weight. I am about 5 pounds (2.2kg) above my ideal racing weight.
I tried many cheeses from France, Italy, Denmark, etc., but nothing tastes better than real English Blue Stilton. The best way to have it is at room temperature so that it exhibits a slightly creamy texture.
Also I notice that I have really whacked out, disturbing dreams after eating it. Do you notice that too?
