The pervasive negativity starts from the top here. Just have a look at the headlines:

This site is not a healthy place, especially this forum. I've wasted far too much of my time reading the forum since finding this board 3 months ago. It honestly has made me an angry person. It's negative, demeaning to women (see threads about specifically named pro runners, etc), and probably close to 30% not even about running. Notice that almost every thread without question ends up hijacked by someone who is angry or negative. Some of the advice on money or investing here, I cringe at. Some of the health advice is laughable. Anyway, enough is enough. Best of luck to all of you in your training and racing.
