It is at an elevation of 3300ft and you won't really notice a difference in the altitude. However the track is in a pressurized dome (same type thing as the Vikings stadium that collapsed). From experience I would suggest not sitting inside for an extended period of time and warmup outside. The air is VERY dry inside.
It's 230 something meters and a complete circle (no straights) with mondo. It wasn't originally meant to be an indoor track. It's probably a second or so slower over a mile than a 200m banked track. So maybe 10s slower over 5k.
