I just miss running.....
I cant seem to get back to it without pain
I developed tendonitis from my laces being too tight over a year ago and it took almost a month to recover...... I have had trouble with my foot on and off since then (dull pain/ a grinding sensation)
I then developed runners knee.....I had to just take 3 months off because of pain..... I saw a doc and they gave me some exercises to do
I have recently started trying to run/walk again and I have the nagging ache in both my foot and my knee!!
I'm so discouraged :( any advice is appreciated
