"WAR EAGLE" has to be the gayest rallying cry in all of sports. It reminds me of what a modern white trash militia in the backwoods of Tennessee might yell while planning their takeover of America.
I can honestly say that this was the worst team to ever win the "National Championship"

Yes, we need brackets and both these teams would have been high ranked in a playoff situation. Both deserved to be there but the BCS had them get there the wrong way.
And I'm not sure how winning the title game by three is reasoning for being the best team in history.
Remember, this is the team that almost lost to Clemson.

Says someone who has never been to Tennessee. If you are going to knock a place atleast knock the home state of the school asshat.

Someone has already complain, that the play where the runner wasn't supposedly down, the rule is if the wrist touches ground the runner is down. The dude's wrist is clearly down. The ref said he didn't see that. Oops!

ESPN says the wrist was 3 inches off the ground. Yeah, right.
The wrist rule was one that was actually called during the sugar bowl on a play with DJ Williams. It should be common knowledge that you are down if this touches. Any ref that doesn't know that should be fired.
Here we go again with people saying "if this, if that". Auburn won the game. Oregon lost. Period. Bad calls happen in games. The refs are human. If you don't want the game to be left to a questionable call by a ref, then you'd better be winning by enough so that it doesn't matter.
Good for Auburn...5 years in a row of the SEC winning the national title shows the dominance of that conference.
Here's an idea for the NCAA. Now that the SEC has won 5 championships in a row, and 7 of the 13 played, change it up a bit.
Why don't all the other teams and conferences get together at the end of the regular season. Put together an all-star team from the NCAA and let that team take on the SEC champion for the national title. The money is good but this domination is getting a little old.
The title will be vacated when the Cam Newton story hits the full light of day. I'll set the over-under at January 1, 2013 for that to happen, and I'll take the under.

If there was a playoff, it would just end up being an all SEC Final Championship over and over every year, so it would still be domination.
