I'm a high schooler in base for track but hurt my right calve on a run a yesterday. I can tell it's something I shouldn't run and and I need to take some time off. Will probably cross train, but how long does it take until I start losing my aerobic fitness or whatever you wanna call it? I was in my 7th week of base running so I'm pretty bummed. Will a couple days of not running ruin what I had going, or will it take a week or even more for me to get out of shape?
