First of all, no, I will not share info. Besides, it's everything you could find online or in books. McMillan Running will make DVD's for sell in about 8 weeks.
As far as the Summit went...ok. Not the best one from Simmons in my opinion. Joe Vigil, once again, was the best speaker.
Canova was nice to hear, though, his lecture had no flow and was all over the place. He was also difficult to understand.
Simmons presented basically the same thing as the past 3 years.
McMillan presented same stuff you can find on his site...just more detailed.
Bill Aris was great and presented a lot on the aspect of coaching.
