What should I do? Should I admit that i'm out of shape? Should I remind you i've done this before?
Back in early november, I ran a 1600 during the middle of a run in 432 (68, 216, 324, 432) which was pretty difficult but not all out. About a month ago, I ran an 800 time trial in 2:00.1 (28,58,128,200). Last week I did a 600 time trial in 1:25 (28,56,125)and then took a few min rest and did 5x200 with 200 rest (33,31,31,31,31). I also ran a 3200 'tempo' in 10:02 (with even splits) 2 days prior to that.
I've been running 40-60mpw for the past few months with 1-2 workouts a week. What can I hit for 800,1500/mile, 3k, 5k?
I realize i'm neglecting to mention my pr's but I will acknowledge that i'm not in pr shape.
