I was running about 80mpw for most of November and December, was up to about 95mpw in late December, but my training was not going well. Even though I wasn't working hard on my runs, I just didn't feel good on them, and they continually grew less enjoyable. I was also sick during this time and finally went and got some antibiotics after 3 weeks of illness. I decided just to take time off. It's been about a week, and I feel pretty good again. I'm just wondering how I should come back and how much a week of inactivity has hurt me. Advice?
