Can someone explain the difference between these modalities and what each is for?
Is there any one machine you would recommend for runners to stay injury free, deal with injuries, etc?
I understand some machines reduce inflammation, some stimulate muscles, etc, but have no idea which does what.
And I believe technically only medical people in the US are supposed to use these machines but in Europe this is not the case. Are there any concerns you would have with an athlete getting on for personal use?
