Greetings from a sunny cold Outer Banks ! Decent week of running, my speed {if you call it that at 50} is increasing, yesterdays workout, my five miler was at seven thirty pace which for me is pretty good. Still have to regain some conditioning after my three month busy season. Also need to drop five to eight pounds that I picked up. Its also time for me to increase my distance so its giddy up go time for my workouts.
Heading out for a trail run now with Shooter so I will talk with you guys later today.
