Let me get this straight, you're a runner and you want the LEAST calories? Are kidding me? I eat like a freaking hog and am 5'11 130 pounds. If you're worried about calories, you're not running enough miles.

Yeah I wouldn't worry about calories if you're running more than 2 days a week.
I've read that clear liquors are supposed to be the healthiest or I should say least damaging. Vodka, rum etc.
If you're worried about calories don't drink beer. Also don't add a mix. Maybe add water or lime juice.

Any distilled spirit, either by itself or mixed with something calorie-free. I prefer vodka+Diet 7-Up+ice.
Wild Turkey Bourbon-- neat. Runners don't have a very good reputation for masculinity, this is a great way to build one. Plus, you don't get a hangover and I think that is what you're asking for.
Get you a nice gin and mix with diet tonic water. Yum.
