Does anyone else get this? It has only started quite recently but about 5 mins into each run i get an itch all over which literally kills me! Then after another 10 mins it usually goes. Any ideas??

i used to have this happen when i would first start running after a few weeks off. I think it was the sweat bothering my skin. It would go away after a week or so.
Its called dry skin.
If it happens after a layoff from running it's normal and will go away after several runs. Do a google search such as running+itch for further info
It's the dry air and cold. After your next shower, rub oliev oil all over your body. If it still happens try shea butter and put it on before you head out. It was happening to me until I put oil and shea butter all over.
I get this around this time every year so I think it is the dry air. The trick I have found is to moisturize with some sort of lotion. I always cover the arms back and stomach with lotion and it keeps the skin from getting dry and itching. It still bothers me a bit, but this is the best way to keep it to a minimum
ive had this.. you itch because your sweat pores dont open enough to sweat then you "over-heat" and thats why you itch, as you continue longer it goes away.. try running in singlets or shirtless, helps a lot
good advice! the world can definetly use more shirtless men in the streets
is your liver function normal? could be bile acids in the blood?
Try working on your hygiene. Maybe a shower or improve your wiping habits
