Its only jan 8 2010 and ryan vail is already in the status page for the cc trials .Who will be there in the next month?

5 runners are in there so far like my self most runners wont be in there till mid jan or so.So what big names will be there .THIS WILL BE A BIG RACE.

Seriously. Vail wasn't even the sixth-best runner in the NCAA, let alone the USA, the year he finished first on the US team at WXC. Nothing but respect to him for coming in 31st in the world that year (including teams of Kenyans, Ethiopians, Eritreans, Ugandans, Kenyan Imports To Bahrain, Kenyan Imports To Qatar, etc.), though.
