This summer I may be getting a job in a factory which would require me to work from midnight until 8am. The money is really good but it would completely mess up my sleeping pattern and training would, potentially, be a nightmare(sorry).
I plan on running between 70 and 80mpw this summer. I could get up around 10.30pm, go for a short run (say 4 miles), then go to work and do my longer run after work. Then I'd have a few hours to kill before going back to bed around 2.30pm. It sounds like hell to be honest.
Anyone have any experience of doing something like this?
