I'm confused as to what exactly you are asking. The total number of sub-4 milers of all time? There are WAY more than the four you listed.

In that link it lists everybody that is sub-3:55 outdoors. Use Excel to delete the duplicates to see how many are listed. It also gives indoor lists.
Similarly, more than a few have broken 4 indoors.
