I have until the feb. 28 to get back in shape. My coach made me do track. I have to run the 800 which was my choice because I hate running miles and can not do sprints. I need help on how to train, warm up, and pretty much every thing that involves training for this event. I am 15, a sophomore in highschool, I don't really run much, I am 5'10", about 145
My fastest 400 time is 58 and that was with near perfect conditions
