For the last 4+ months have been doing 2-3x /week strength training using bodyweight and med ball as resistance. Exercises include one leg squat, lunges, step ups and med ball exercises for core.
When I start in Sept. I could not do a one leg squat with leg at 90degress, now I can do 12-15 reps. My question is what do I do now to improve strength, add weight to one leg squat (doesn't appear not an easy thing to do-technique wise), continue with the same exercises and add some low rep heavy weight exercises, what to do?
P.S. have started to do some plyometics, really feel like my muscle power is quite low and my vertical jump is 13inches
