I'm looking for two really incredible JK articles. I printed them off and stuck them in a binder about 5+ years ago-- now, three offices and two houses later, I can't find the friggin' thing anywhere!
Originally I think I accessed them using the "waybackmachine" web archiver, but it won't work for paragonrunning.com anymore. . .
One was a paper JK wrote quoting a coolrunning.com forum post, describing the perfect feeling of a well-done progression run. It was the best piece I have ever read on the subject, by FAR!
The other piece was a case study of Bruce Hyde and detailed his acclimation to high mileage and what it did for his middle-distance speed. It was very, very good as well.
Anyone know where I might be able to find these, or any other pieces by JK? He has influenced my coaching as much (if not more) than JD or AL. I am in desperate need of a refresher.
Wejo? Rojo? Anyone? Thanks!
