WTF did mcdonalds do, other than give the people back the McRib and glorious smoothies?
I vote for Wal-Mart. They're always the worst.
Facebook.
Disney (owner of espn)
GOOOOOOOOOOOGLE!!!!!
WalMart.
I worked for them as a manager for awhile this year. No one knows what they are doing. I threatened legal action on them when I left and got a $5400 check for my troubles.

So 6 months salary?
AFL-CIO
Hands down.
I don't see any Health Insurers on that list of yours. That action is a damned racket.

Are you kidding me? Who only makes $5400 in six months? It was 8 weeks of salary.
The Fed's actions will be haunting us for years to come. They are exempt from accountability as well. Unlike private corporations we cannot simply stop patronizing them.
Watch this funny cartoon about the Fed. It's long but worth it:

I vote for the US government. They're arguably less accountable than most of your list, and I think they do more damage.
Google is getting pretty big too; it's funny that none of the so-called anti-corporation, anti-monopoly folks haven't come down hard on them. I think it's because they cater to technological elitist douchebags, so as long as they keep helping those guys, they won't bitch (like starbucks).
For the record, I have no problem with Google and I like the services they provide, but I don't by in to bullshit populist anti-corporate crap either.
can you just answer the question? is it that hard? besides, the Fed's actions have saved ten million jobs according to Harvard economists. Why would you continue to believe in the neoliberal ideology that led to this economic disaster, anyway?
BP is my answer. No one matches the scale of their disaster this year.
I am tempted to say BP since it is most evil corporation "of the year," but Monsanto is too purely evil for me not to vote for them.
Gotta put GE in the mix. Quiety bailed out to the tune of 16 billion. Thanks Keith! You ROCK!
A tie between Transocean and Bank of America.
Transocean was the operator of the Macando Well that blew up in the Gulf. They have basically taken the position that the blow out preventer could not have prevented the blow out that they had even if it functioned properly. Yet, they are still operating a number of deep water wells in the gulf with the same blowout preventer. They have refused to answer a subpoena from the chemical safety board claiming they have no jurisdiction.
Taxpayers bought all of the bad Countrywide mortgages off of Bank of America's books. All BOA had to do was service the loans. BOA f-ed that up royally and has recently had to shell out billions to resolve bondholder claims. This could have triggered a second financial meltdown had BOA not been able to appease bondholders.
Runner up: Massey Energy
Sago Mine explosion killed 25. Massey Energy was squarely at fault and had a long record of blowing off safety to save a buck. This kind of mine disaster simply should not happen in the US.

How about the US military ya jackwagon? Compare the deaths and environmental impact. I've been working in the gulf for the past 5 yrs on various rigs, and everything you see in the media is for ratings. Yes, there is/was an impact on the eco system in the area, but not the scale the tv wants you to think.
How much has been spent on our overseas war? What do you think the military rednecks shoot at when there are no more humans to practice on? Anything moving. I was one of them.
I'd vote for the government if you would call it a corporation. After that all you have to do is look up the most politically connected corporations for the rest. Wal-Mart ain't one of them, they are somewhat politically connected in that they support minimum wage hikes to hurt their competitors, but they serve a good purpose and allow hard working people to save money on every day items.
