Make your own course up by kipping like Kip does it

Register for the road race then pin the top two holes of your bib number and let the bottom two holes just dangle over your nutsack. Cover it with a longsleeve tee long enough to fall and cover the bib number. Dress casually at the start as though youre not really racing. After the gun goes off wait until 4mins pass. Walk casually across starting line Slip off the course. Strip outfit and Reenter race at mile 23. Jog it in. Keep careful track of time and Make sure not to cross finish too soon or you might get caught for an unrealistic net time.

I began running at 13 and now at 34 years old , I only run once a day. I started to run double sessions at 21 and really got fed up of doing doubles at 32 cause I just didn't find the need to continue doing doubles if I my last pb came at 26.

Today: I run 60-70 minutes easy with an occasional long run of 80-90 minutes. I also do 2 work outs per week ( either a tempo, short or long intervals on the track/roads, hill repeats and fartleks.)

I'm not runing any pbs but I'm running a lot faster and closer to my pbs than when I was doing double sessions at 28-31....

I agree as well. Personally I think it is foolish to apply all the more is better talk as a blanket statement. I think everyone is a case by case basis. For me especially after 35 I really needed more recovery. I needed more runs on soft surfaces. I am now having more fun running. I mix it up a lot more. Best of luck to you.
