What plyos are the other masters out there doing? I'm already doing drills, albeit sporadically, and hills (more regularly). I think I'm at a point where I can add a session or two without injury and have very limited natural speed.

Can you tell us more about your speed training?
I'm no expert, but I think the Pete Magill video on Running Times is probably an excellent place to start for a Masters runner. He has some credibility for figuring out how to stay fast as a master (14:47'ish 5k at age 47). He suggests doing these once a week.

In his 5k training article, he mentions you can occasionally substitute 10x10sec hill sprints (a la Hudson/Canova) instead of drills, but he feels the drills are more effective and better bang for your buck.
