I don't have access to a gym right now (the highs are like 37 where I live at), but know I've started doing track intervals at mile-5k pace (I'm a 800m runner) since its January. I wanted to know how fast should I do these intervals (6x1000s at 3k/5kpace, 16x100s @mile pace off my prs 400m-51.34, 800m-1:58, mile: 4:22 5k-16:23 (My goals are sub 1:53, sub 4:10 and sub 50). I just finished doing 3x10 100m hills in 17sec with 5min rest between sets. By the way, I'm a freshman in college.
