gram/day = ~8-10 cups of coffee, correct?
If you're serious, that seems like an awful lot. I drink at least a 12-pack of diet pop per day along with chocolate. I figure I take in about 500mg/day. 1 gram is a lot. But, if you're not having any problems, keep on keeping on.

That link doesn't make caffeine sound to bad.
I'm about a 4 cups per day man myself. I've been having at least one cup a day since I was about 3 and have never noticed any adverse effects.
