In a hypothetical triangular 10K XC race between the all stars of the US, the English speaking Commonwealth (UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand only), and Continental Europe, who would win and who would race for each team. Scoring is through 5 with 7 displacing and 7 running per team, neutral course. Don't take health of runners into consideration, just assume that the best men will run at full capacity.
And I know that Ireland is not in the Commonwealth, but that's the Commonwealth team so live with it.
