What is the coaching dynamica at Oregon?

I've often drawn inferences from some of the anti-Oregon posters on this board that there is too much of a professional and/or Nike influence at Oregon. Speaking specfically with regard to the distance program, can anyone get me up to speed on the coaching dynamic at Oregon?

Does Vin Lananna exclusively coach all the distance runners? What, if any, role does Salazar play in coaching the kids who are still running under their college eligibility?

I know there are a ton of Oregon haters on the board, and that's fine, but I'd appreciate only objective and informative responses.

Vin coaches anyone that is running well, Andy Powell babysits everyone else, Mike Reilly makes sure the hotels and rides are booked.

Vin wants his own stable and is scoping out Newport Beach and Carlsbad. He'll make the move after London 2012. Congrats to Vin on making it to the bigtime. You heard it here 1st.

That's because no more answer is necessary, I answered your question. As for Alberto, he only coached Galen, and now Galen is gone, so he coaches none of the Ducks. Nike's current influence is purely monetary, they pay the bills so they get who they want (e.g. Vin instead of M. Smith, Galen, etc.)
