Today after my workout, as soon as i stopped, i noticed that the both lower legs, just aboe the sock line were both really red, perhaps slighlty swollen. Thinking about it now i do re-call this happening before. Any ideas what is causing it?

Maybe you're just too "fleshy" to run out in the cold. If you slap your skin really hard when it's warm, does it puff up like that? Sounds "fleshy" is all I'm saying.
It's because it was cold! God damn!

yea it might just have been the cold, but i wondered why it was just one area of the legs..
