I have dealt with this ever since I started running. Extreme pain along the inside of my shin, just below the bulk of my calf muscle where there isn't much meat. I always have the shin pain and I usually am running through the pain. But sometimes (like right now) it is just too much to bare and I'm literally limping around trying to warm up for a workout. I've tried arch supports, soft surfaces, stretching, icing. I average around 65 miles a week, sometimes getting to 75 or 80. Please help me! What can I do?
